Job Description:
• Contribute to the technical knowledge base by creating technical solutions, proposals, FAQ, etc;
• Demonstrate positive customer support skills and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
• Actively participate in team level meetings to exchange technical knowledge, case study, etc.
Qualifications:
• College degree or above;
• At least 3 years related work experience;
• Industrial Automation or Computer Science background;
• Must have ability to understand and explain technical issues;
• An understanding at least three of the following technology: relational database principles (SQL); .NET; web based applications; GPS communication; Ethernet; Embedded System;
• Experience in SCADA, DCS, ERP system for mining industry or work experience in mining design academy is a plus ;
• Good communication skills in English reading, writing, speaking ;
• Experience working/consulting on mine sites will be of advantage;
• Good teamwork.A willingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

• 通过在线电话、Email、技术会议或者视频会议等形式为客户提供产品演示和答疑;
• 根据项目需求和公司的软件产品为客户提供可行的技术解决方案;
• 及时对客户提出的技术问题进行解答,在与客户的技术交流中保持较高的客户满意度;
• 软件的本地化以及根据中国客户的需求进行定义相应的二次开发需求;
• 与澳大利亚软件开发团队沟通,了解产品的最新更新并反馈中国市场需求。
任职要求:
• 大学本科以上学历;
• 三年以上相关工作经验;
• 工业自动化或者计算机技术专业背景;
• 善于沟通,具有较好的技术沟通技巧;
• 熟悉下列三种以上的技术:关系数据库(SQL),.NET,网络应用系统,GPS通信,以太网技术,嵌入式系统;
• 具有SCADA, DCS, ERP 系统矿业应用经验或者矿山设计院工作经验者优先;
• 具有英语听、说、读、写能力;
• 具有矿山工作或者服务咨询工作经验者优先;
• 良好的团队合作精神,能适应经常的工作出差。
